The Collaborative Catalyst Award, presented by Together Green Bay, celebrates emerging nonprofit collaborations that are strengthening Greater Green Bay through meaningful partnerships, shared leadership, and measurable community impact.

Established in 2024, the annual award recognizes nonprofits that demonstrate what is possible when people, nonprofits, businesses, churches, and community leaders work together toward a common purpose.


Award Purpose

The Collaborative Catalyst Award honors organizations that:

●      Build meaningful partnerships across organizations and sectors

●      Demonstrate shared leadership and collaboration

●      Create measurable, lasting community impact

●      Leverage collective resources and expertise

●      Strengthen Greater Green Bay through innovative collaboration

  • Award: $5,000 grant, engraved recognition trophy, advisory consulting

  • Presentation: Global Leadership Summit – Greater Green Bay

  • Frequency: Annually

  • Established: 2024

Eligibility and Criteria

Organizations or collaborative initiatives must:

  • Be 0–5 years old

  • Collaborate with two or more external organizations

  • Represent at least two community sectors (nonprofit, business, government, education, faith, healthcare, etc.)

  • Demonstrate measurable community impact

  • Exhibit shared leadership and collaborative decision-making

Applicants are evaluated on:

  • Collaboration and partnership

  • Shared leadership

  • Community impact

  • Innovation

  • Sustainability

  • Ability to unite diverse organizations around a common purpose
